"Chris was overall an excellent choice as an agent. I thought that our original listing price was fair and he did a extensive review as to what price he thought we should start at based on various features of the home. He definitely went over and above trying to turn as many leads from Zillow and other online viewing sites into showings rather than just sitting back and waiting for other agents to show our home. We had an offer on the first day that the home was listed and it was slightly lower that what we wanted. Chris did not pressure us to accept it using the "first offer is always the best" rationale. Rather, he simply agreed that it was a little low, and that there would be other buyers. He was as always available via his phone be it calling or text and would often send updates during his other meetings rather than "I'll get back with them when I can." Our buyer was a little hesitant to make an offer and I felt that Chris did a great job in pushing them off the fence during his conversations with their agent. He is aggressive with out being pushy, and as a sales person, I could appreciate his tactical manner in dealing with the potential buyers. He was able to negotiate a very favorable rent back agreement with the buyers that saved us a fair amount of headache and money in having to move twice. Overall, I would say that Chris is an exceptional agent. His listing and write up was well thought out and descriptive. The pictures he took appeared professional and crisp and were an excellent representation of our home. He was always on time and when we needed him to answer questions and had concerns about the sale he was there. I confidently refer him to friends and clients."

"I had a baby last year and was looking for a house since then. I was looking and looking and met around 4-7 realtors before finding the right one, Chris. From the very first time we communicated he was respectful, professional, excellent listener and understood what I was looking for. The house I wanted had an accepted offer, I didn't know and contacted him to let him know my interest. "My husband and I have had quite a few experiences working with real estate agents; most of these were terrible encounters on account of the agent's poor negotiation skills, a lack of responsiveness, and/or an unwillingness to listen. When we connected with Chris, we were initially impressed by the quickness that he responded to emails and voicemails. We couldn't believe how responsive he was - whether morning, noon, or night, Chris was constantly ensuring that processes were being carried out with ease and efficiency.
